South Coast Community Housing chose Coordimax-Pinnacle technology to track and maintain their assets and properties

Sydney, Australia - 20 August 2009 - South Coast Community Housing is a registered charity that manages 580 community houses around the south coast of NSW, it’s three management offices and an additional 150 houses coming under management in the near future.

With such rapid growth South Coast Community Housing realised it needed an automated solution to cater for this growth. They chose Coordimax-Pinnacle technology to track and maintain the assets, and the maintenance life cycle of the properties as well as the many contractors needed to carry out this work daily.
