The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust selects Coordimax-Pinnacle asset management and property leasing solution.

2 December 2009 - The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust was set up by the Australian Government to plan for the future of former Defence and special Commonwealth lands around Sydney Harbour. These lands have been hidden away from the community for many years, but will now be conserved for the benefit of present and future generations of Australians. The lands are not to be sold and will remain in public ownership forever.

Sydney Harbour Federation Trust SHFT has just been given an extension by the government for the management these trust locations to 2033. These locations are mainly heritage sites that need to be managed on a daily basis.
