


For more than 27 years, Martin has been an active IT
industry driver, always innovating and sharing his
extensive knowledge with others in the industry.
In 1995, Martin co-founded Maestro Corporation, an enterprise
business solution software company and developed
Coordimax. Coordimax quickly became one of the leading
software tools in Document & Email Management, CRM,
Quality Assurance and Help Desk. Delivering competitive
advantage for his customers runs deep in Martin O'Connor’s
veins. Formal military training showed him the importance of good communication and teamwork.
Martin still oversees all Coordimax implementations to ensure total customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Martin first gained his IT knowledge and skills at the Royal Navy back in the 1970’s when he was a specialist in Radar and Communications. After leaving the Royal Navy, he set up an IT company, specialising in mini computer systems and hardware engineering. Applying his IT skills, training and discipline learned at the Royal Navy, his start-up IT business grew quickly and successfully. He sold the business in 1989 and migrated to Australia the same year.

Geoff has over 22 years experience in the IT industry
and is highly regarded by customers and colleagues for
his professionalism and innovative problem solving skills.
Geoff is a director of Maestro Ltd the developer of Coordimax.
He is primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of the
Coordimax applications. Beside this, Geoff has considerable
skills in IT programming, accounting, management and
purchasing.
In 1991, Geoff co-founded Independent Computers Australia, an IT system integration company with Martin O’Connor. The company’s turnover grew to $20 million and employing over 40 staff within 10 years. In 2001, this business was sold to Commander and Geoff was retained as the National Manager Enterprise until early 2006.
In 1983, Geoff co-founded CATSOFT. This software business was later amalgamated with several other
IT businesses to form United Computer Group Limited, a public listed company in 1985. Geoff became a
director of this larger group from 1985 to 1991
where he was responsible for managing purchasing, sales and supplier contracts.
Prior to 1983, Geoff was a financial analyst for the Department of Minerals and Energy and consultant for Touche Ross & Co (now KPMG). He was also a member of the team that won the BRW & ICL Australian and Asia Pacific Management competitions.

Bob Charles has extensive experience and is a specialist in
finance, general management and corporate planning. He
has operated his own management consulting business
successfully for the last 12 years and holds directorships
in several non-listed public companies.
Bob brought valuable business skills to Coordimax and works
closely with the management team to ensure the operational and financial success of the company.
